This keyboard is heavy and it's HUGE. Make sure you have space for this monster. The keyboard overall looks very nice! Anyone who sees it for the first time gets super impressed thinking it's some proffesional synthesizer. The weighted key action is great. I love playing piano, organ, string, and orchestra VSTs with this KSP88. I don't use the faders or knobs very much because its hard to remember what goes to what, however the feel for them are still nice. The buttons are rubber and have a nice click to them. The only cable you need to connect to it is the USB cable which transmits the MIDI data and powers the keyboard. You can also add sustain and modulation foot pedals.
This keyboard is not good for use with synths and especially percussion in my opinion. Synth use is alright but I'd prefer to get a small 25-key controller for playing fast synth and bass lines. As for percussion a drum pad would be easier to sample and freestyle with.
Nonetheless, this is defintely worth the price over the other weighted keyboards if you do mostly DAW work.
