Shipping

JRR Shop attempts to ship all orders as quickly as possible.  In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or special-ordered into our inventory before we ultimately ship to you.  You may enquire about a product's availability by clicking the "Contact" button at the top-right hand corner of our web page.

Free Shipping and Discounts

Free shipping may not be combined with any other discounts.  If you enter a coupon code and select free shipping, JRR Shop may add fair shipping charges to your order at our discretion.

RMA's

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that can be obtained by clicking the "Contact" button.  

 

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to JRR Shop. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for JRR Shop to process your RMA.  An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at JRR Shop's discretion, unless otherwise required by law.  Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.  All items sold through JRR Shop are subject to our Policy and Agreement.  Physically damaged items cannot be returned.  Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the box your bulk item ships in before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises. The item will be returned to JRR Shop and you will be refunded the full amount, including applicable shipping costs and tax.

Shipping costs associated with the return of defective products for replacement will be refunded by JRR Shop.  However, JRR Shop will only refund the amount that was paid when the item was originally shipped to you.  Any shipping cost beyond that original amount is your responsibility so we urge you to ship via Ground or EMS and not an upgraded shipping method.  Please click the "Contact" button to determine the exact shipping amount that will be refunded by JRR Shop.
All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your JRR Shop Return Policy. Products that are returned to JRR Shop with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you at your expense.


Standard Return Policy

  • Return for replacement within: 90 days
This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by JRR Shop are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or b) within 90 days of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.


Limited 30-Day Return Policy

This is our Detailed Limited 30-Day Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (products for which JRR Shop states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to JRR Shop within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Additional coverage, if any, is provided solely by the product's manufacturer (as indicated by such manufacturer).

Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy

  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
This is our Detailed Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy. Non-refundable items such as microphones, cartridges, or acoustic treatment products must be returned to JRR Shop within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item.

Consumable Items Return Policy

  • Return for replacement within: 30 days (item must be sealed & unopened)
This is our Detailed Consumable Items Return Policy. Consumable items are items such as Guitar Strings, Writable CD's, etc. that are consumed once they are used. Consumable Items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date if and only if the item is sealed and unopened in its original retail packaging. These items are not eligible for RMA through our online RMA system. Please contact our Customer Service Department for RMA information regarding consumable items.


Open-Box Items
  • Return for refund within: 15 days
  • Return for replacement within: non-replaceable
This is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy. JRR Shop often sells items that are listed as "open-box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they bear this limited 15-day refund-only return policy through JRR Shop & are subject to a 15% restocking fee when returned. Such items can only be returned within 15 days of the applicable invoice date. JRR Shop cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings or dents. Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or JRR Shop) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by any 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you purchase an Open-Box product you may receive an OEM BAREBONE item, meaning you will only receive the item itself. Accessories MAY NOT BE INCLUDED with Open-Box products, even if the missing accessory is required for the item to function properly.

Software Return Policy
  • Return Retail Software for refund within: 30 days (must be unopened)
  • Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement within: 30 days
Opened Retail software can only be returned for replacement, and replacement RMAs will only be honored if the returned software is defective or damaged.
Retail Boxed software may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No software returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Bulk Item Return Policy

  • Return for replacement within: non-replaceable
This is our Detailed Bulk Item Return Policy. Bulk Items (including but not limited to such over-sized items such as large speaker cabinets & acoustic foam kits) cannot be returned to JRR Shop for refund or replacement service. Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the box your bulk item ships in before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises. The item will be returned to JRR Shop and you will be refunded the full amount, including applicable shipping costs and tax.

If you determine upon inspection that the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory, an adult is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to JRR Shop's Terms and Conditions, understanding that you cannot return the television to JRR Shop and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any.

Manufacturer's Warranties

JRR Shop does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through JRR Shop are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.

Mail In Rebate Policy
Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable.

Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable to JRR Shop once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code.

ADDITIONAL RMA TERMS

Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to JRR Shop.  If you return any physically damaged item to JRR Shop, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Bundle Specials
Bundle Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Bundle items may be returned for replacement within their applicable JRR Shop Return Policy Period. If a Bundle item is returned for a refund, the Bundle Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. (For example, if your bundle discount was $5, and you return one of the bundle items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your RMA refund amount.)

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
Sometimes items are returned to JRR Shop after the product has been discontinued. If JRR Shop no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either JRR Shop can send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

Downloadable Software
Downloadable software is non-refundable once the download is complete. If you have purchased downloadable software, and did not download the software using the supplied download link, the software may be “returned” for a refund within 15 days of purchase. In order to process a refund for downloadable software a Letter of Destruction must be filled out completely and sent to our Customer Service Department. Please contact the Customer Service Department to obtain a copy of the Letter of Destruction.
